Jonathan has more than 20 years experience in the finance industry, and is the Founder and Managing Director of Bluehive Financial Services.
He has strong expertise across all financial areas, and is highly recognised in the industry having received numerous accolades and awards from Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), Australian Finance Group (AFG) and Australian Mortgage Awards (AMA).
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University and a Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking). Jonathan also completed his REIV Estate Agents Representative Certificate and is able to assist his clients as a buyer’s advocate.

James commenced Broking in 2014 after 15 years in senior sales and marketing roles in the Australian wine industry. He has since built a strong and loyal client base due to his personal service and attention to detail. James is based in Sydney and has clients in many states of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science as well as a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Girish joined the Bluehive team in 2016 and is passionate about helping his clients successfully secure finance. As a former owner of a small business, Girish understands the challenges small business owners may face, and also the rewards running a small business may bring. He goes above and beyond to help his clients, and is a guide and mentor for clients starting their financial journey. Girish holds a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Jo began working at Bluehive back in early 2000 and now has close to 20 years experience working for the business. Previously a Personal Assistant at VicRoads and a professional vocalist for over 20 years, Jo has transferred her people and administration skills to Bluehive, which has been fundamental in supporting the business during its growth.
Nick joined Bluehive in 2023 and brings a wealth of business experience with a client-focused approach that sets him apart in the industry. With a track record of coaching mortgage brokers, he strives to provide the best outcomes for his clients while offering a personalised and educational service. Nick holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management as well as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Having worked at a senior executive level in the automotive industry, Jonathan understands the importance of building relationships with trust being at the centre. In his time in the motor industry, Jonathan worked closely with finance managers and understands the importance the role of finance plays in helping people achieve their goals. Jonathan’s career change to finance broking was an easy decision led by his desire to help clients achieve great financial outcomes. Jonathan speaks fluent Cantonese and basic Mandarin and is a wonderful addition to the Bluehive team. Jonathan holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
